Each booth space includes a 10’ x 10’ canopy, a 6’ table with two chairs. All other items must be provided by your company. All registration forms must be received a week prior.
SPACE IS LIMITED. ALL APPLICATIONS SUBJECT TO APPROVAL.
Due to the popularity of the event and limited space, we will contact you via email within 2 to 3 business days to let you know if you have been selected. Approved vendors will receive an email with a payment link to finalize their registration.
The proceeds will benefit Southwest Healthcare Auxiliary, a non-profit organization providing scholarships for graduating high school seniors who plan to pursue higher education in the medical field. Your investment in our community’s youth is greatly appreciated!
